At WNEP TV 16's Home & Backyard Expo at the Wyoming
Valley Mall in Wilkes-Barre, PA, hundreds of participants inquired about their
art, antiques, and collectibles. During WNEP's FREE appraisal event which was
held on March 24th, Dr. Lori appraised objects including a rare late 19th
Century Americana print by the firm of Currier and Ives, an occupational
mustache mug used in barbershops in the early 20th Century, and an Imari style
bowl. The print and the mug were both family heirlooms passed down through the
generations while the bowl was a yard sale discovery purchased for only $20.
