Along with presenting exhibitions in our galleries, our director, Dr. Lori, is often asked to guest curate shows at other institutions.  Some of these exhibitions include Bucks County Artists:  A Cross Section and From Realism to Non-Objectivity: Contemporary Art from New York to Philadelphia.  Dr. Lori also has an exhibition based on her book, An American Sculptor:  Seymour Lipton which opened in January 2000 at the Pennsylvania State University and is traveling around the country to museums in Wisconsin, Iowa, Texas, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania through the year 2002.

Rites of Spring: New Work by Gallery Artists

The coming of Spring promotes the desire to renew, rebuild, and rejuvenate. In art, the season is often characterized by new opportunities to paint en plein aire (outdoors) and embark upon much awaited subject matter of the landscape and the figure. This show will feature new work by the artists of Masterpiece Technologies Inc., Frank Lind and John David Wissler, with a special direction on the beauty that defines quality fine art.

Inspired Intuitions: Modern and Contemporary Art

The basis for Modernism has been related to the notion of the intuitive. Throughout art history, modern artists have relied upon intuition, internal feelings, and even the subconscious to inform their artwork. This show will demonstrate the impact that Matisse, Picasso, Pollock, and Warhol and other modern icons have had on Post-Modern art. Works by Jeanne Wilkinson and Vincent Romaniello are featured.

This Land is Our Land: Bucks County Landscapes

This exhibition focuses on the grand landscape tradition of the Pennsylvania Realists, Impressionists, and Modernists. Paintings and works on paper which capture the beautiful regional landscape in a variety of styles will be on view at Masterpiece Technologies Inc.. With the market strength of Bucks County's art, our annual landscape show always provides an opportunity for serious collection building or just controlled browsing.

Simply, the Best! A Critical View of Pennsylvania Art

Who are Pennsylvania's best artists? This show features artists from across the state and the works that have captivated art critics, art historians, curators, and collectors. Masterpiece Technologies Inc. displays the work of the Keystone State's finest artists both past and present. Our director, Dr. Lori will be available to share her expertise on this controversial topic.

The New New Hope School: Part II

This show provides a personal introduction to the up and coming artists working in the New Hope art tradition today. Works by these artists are tomorrow's highly collectible Edward Redfields and Walter Baums. Don't miss this show that focuses on the major contributions of contemporary artists and meet the artists too.

The New New Hope School: Part I 

In the tradition of the New Hope artist colony, this expanded art exhibition captures the work of new artists working in the tradition of the artists of this fine region.  Dr. Lori, places the artists within their historical context and introduces them to the community. This exhibit gives visitors insight into the new work of New Hope's artists.

Impressions of Spring

In celebration of the coming of spring, Masterpiece Technologies Inc. looks back to New Hope's artistic roots in an exhibition dedicated to the impact of the New Hope Impressionists and their unique artistic style. Focusing on scenes of beautiful and historic Bucks County, this show includes works by Impressionist artists both past and present.

Sea & Sky: New Work by Regional Masters

An exhibition featuring the work of Master artist and Pratt Institute Art Professor and Dean Frank Lind and art critic/painter, Jeanne Wilkinson. All of the featured artists deal with the landscape or the seascape as their subject matter. Stunning seascapes and landscape vistas provide the crux of this exhibition of new work.
