Gallery Hours Fall 1999 Exhibition Schedule Women Artists in America: Past & Present Focusing on art by prominent women artists from the early years of the 20th century to today's fine artists, this exhibition features works of art in various media. Some of the artists whose work will be on display include Miriam Schapiro, Jill Hoffman, Elizabeth Grandin, Jeanne Wilkinson and others. This exhibition offers an overview of the impact that women have made in the visual arts in the last 100 years. This exhibition will focus on Modernism and its impact. Showcasing work by critically acclaimed artists, this show features pieces by Keith Haring, Rudy Serra, Mark Wonsidler, and others. Providing insight into the art world's longstanding dedication to abstraction, non-objectivity, and the tenets of modernism, this show is a must-see for anyone interested in art and American culture. Painting Pennsylvania: Impressionism of Baum, Benner, and their Circle Masterpiece Technologies Inc. is proud to display an exhibition focusing on the grand tradition of the Pennsylvania Impressionists such as Walter Baum and Daniel Garber. The show features major works by Nolan P. Benner Jr. and documents the inspiration of his famous teachers, Pennsylvania Impressionists, Walter Baum and Antonio Martino. Winter Wonderland: Selections from the Gallery Collection This show has something for everyone. Displayed in the manner of traditional 19th century museums and salons, this exhibition offers an overview of works of art in various styles from the Masterpiece Technologies Inc.'s collection. American scene paintings, landscape compositions, and regional works will all be on view, spanning the walls from floor to ceiling, as this show recalls the traditional "salon style" exhibition design of 19th century museum displays. Ben Marcune's artistic talent is unchallenged and his interests are varied. As an accomplished painter and sculptor, Marcune's diverse inspirations define his art and demonstrate his command of the discipline. Marcune's works are collected internationally. Marcune's art is expressive, emotional, and enlightening and this retrospective offers insight into this artist. March 2000 This show features new trends in contemporary sculpture. Wonsidler transforms various objects and materials into (pinecones, balls of yarn, milk cartons, books, etc.) into delicate sculpture which explore questions of human scale.
