What happens to the personal information that I submit?

Terms of Sale:

All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be modified without notice. These terms represent the complete and final agreement between the customer and Masterpiece Technologies Inc. for the matters set forth herein.

Customer acknowledges agreement with these terms of sale by the placement of an order to purchase an item or items from Masterpiece Technologies Inc. and by selecting the "Complete my Purchase" button on the order form.

All sales are deemed made in the state of Pennsylvania regardless of the location the customer. Pennsylvania residents are required to pay 6% sales tax. If Pennsylvania is selected under the customer information section listed above, the associated tax will be automatically added to your order and displayed appropriately. This agreement and any sales shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received and processed prior to acceptance and shipment of an order.  Orders are not binding until accepted by Masterpiece Technologies Inc. In the case of Art and Architecture Tour tickets, orders are not binding until the customer receives the confirmation email stating that the order has been processed and approved.

We accept Visa and MasterCard for all orders. No COD orders will be accepted.    

We are not responsible for damages or delays resulting from acts of God and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo, etc.

Shipping

Title of item passes from Masterpiece Technologies Inc. to the customer upon shipment from Masterpiece Technologies Inc. facilities.

Risk of loss is upon the customer once Masterpiece Technologies Inc. delivers the item to the carrier and delivery times are estimates only. Masterpiece Technologies Inc. shall not be held liable for delays.

No Warranty

We and our suppliers provide the site, its items, and services "AS IS" and without any warranty or condition expressed or implied. We disclaim implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Legal rights regarding implied warranties vary from state to state.

Return Policy

Customer may return works of art that are purchased directly from Masterpiece Technologies Inc. online in accordance with Masterpiece Technologies Inc.'s return policy. You may return an item prepaid within three (3) calendar days of receipt of said item. The item must be returned in its original condition and the buyer must use comparable shipping procedures and packaging for its return. All insurance and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Insurance coverage must equal or exceed the purchase price of said item. Upon receipt and acceptance of returned item, Masterpiece Technologies Inc. will calculate and pay the buyer an appropriate refund.

Art and Architecture Tour tickets are not exchangeable and may be used for any regularly scheduled tour up to a year from purchase.

All returns must be authorized by Masterpiece Technologies Inc. and all buyers desiring to return items must contact Masterpiece Technologies Inc. via email or by phone to initiate the return process.

Errors and Omissions

Masterpiece Technologies Inc. work in good faith and is not responsible for any unforeseen system errors, typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, and other problems associated with using the Internet.

Limit of Liability

We and our suppliers shall not be held liable for loss of profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with this agreement including negligence. In no event shall Masterpiece Technologies Inc.'s liability exceed the replacement cost of the specific item purchased from Masterpiece Technologies Inc.

What happens to the personal information that I submit?

The personal information that you submit is used only for the processing of your purchase.  Masterpiece Technologies Inc., will not pass this information onto other third party vendors.
